The new Johnson 80, an entry-level superyacht, is now under construction according to the Taiwanese shipyard. This new vessel offers amble interior space with 6.30-meter beam used to its maximum potential to meet the needs of owners who wish to entertain aboard or enjoy extended cruising.

The exterior lines were designed by Bill Dixon at Dixon Yacht Design who has made use of a bank of vertical windows on the front of the superstructure that create panoramic views from the main-deck interior, while giving the yacht a consistency of profile with other builds from Johnson Yachts. A multi-panel sliding glass door separates the saloon and the cockpit to create a fluid indoor-outdoor area. On the lower deck, we find a four-stateroom layout, which includes the full-beam master suite with walk-in closet, the VIP cabin and two double guest staterooms.

“We’re very excited to share the details of the newest addition to the Johnson Yachts fleet. With the proven engineering of the Johnson 80 in place, we can work with the owners to create a yacht with the flexibility to accommodate their needs, whether they wish to entertain friends on board one day or depart for a month-long cruise the next.” - Andy Huang, president of Johnson Yachts
