An icon of luxury

Following the successful introductions of the Aicon 52 and 56, this new motor yacht takes the project to new heights. The Aicon 66 keeps      the Aicon’s famous Italian exterior styling and lines; and features a new interior and flybridge design.

The Aicon 66 design has the finest European decor, with elegant wood and leather finishes. Performance is a key component with cruising speeds around 30 knots, and top speeds in excess of 30 knots. Aicon’s “Full Hull” concept makes the swim platform an integral part of the hull while maintaining a very deep “V” at the bow and at the stern. The Aicon 66 is built to meet the stringent yacht classifications (Class A) and USA standards.

Optimum utilization of the interior results in a yacht that can meet the American market’s need for owner-operation while keeping the important crew options. The salon features built-in lounge sofas, full Bose surround systems, and free-standing sofa chairs. For flexibility, the unique dining area can be fully extended to seat as many as eight guests — or, when not in use, it can slide away to create more usable space.

The open galley is designed for entertaining and has the finest equipment. The galley’s side entrance and expansive counter space offer all the work area needed to create elaborate meals while cocktails are served at the bar.

Accommodations feature Aicon’s trademark full headroom throughout and huge storage areas. The full-beam master has a large walk-in closet and a desk that can be used as a vanity or office. A new design feature is the round portholes over three feet in diameter which bring an enormous amount of light into the master, giving the owner a feeling of being at the water’s edge.

The VIP stateroom is located forward and the twin guest stateroom is amidships. Each stateroom has en suite facilities plus full entertainment systems with Bose, DVD, stereo and flat screen TV.

An optional 4-stateroom version can also be ordered. The crew/service area is located aft and accessed by a large water-tight door on the swim platform. The Aicon 66 offers the choice of two crew cabins or one crew with a work/service area.

The walk-in engine room has full headroom and is accessible from both the crew cabin and the cockpit. The engine room has been designed for ease of use, serviceability and convenient access to all components.

The expansive flybridge has been designed for the North American market with lots of space for entertainment. In addition to the standard helm, there       are areas for sunbathing, cooking and dining; plus          a wet bar.

For watersports enthusiasts, the hydraulic swim platform has ample space for a tender. In addition, an optional davit may be added to the bridge for a second tender.

Aicon remains dedicated to bringing the finest European styling and interior finishes while satisfying North American cruising needs and lifestyles.
