Awards, honors and opinions endorse its reputation

One hundred percent of the opinions from guests have been favorable and that, may be the most valuable recognition the Ritz-Carlton, Santiago has received. They have obtained other awards by the prestigious Travel + Leisure Magazine, Best Hotel in Mexico, South and Latin America, and among the 10 best in the world (2012). It has been rated within the Hundred Best Hotels of the World, Second Best of South America and among the 55 Top of the World (2004), by Conodé Nast Traveler magazine. Additionally, the Robb Report included the Ritz Santiago among the “Best of the Best” (2004). The restaurant Arola Santiago was rated by the Wilken magazine of El Mercurio with “seven forks” and its jury awarded its cuisine  with the “Best New Chef of 2012” award.

The Ritz-Carlton Santiago, features  rooms of classic décor, beginning with king size beds, complimentary high speed internet, multi-line “hands-free” phone with voice mail, in-room safe, computer and fax connections, and  a panoramic view of the city that takes your breath away. The 205 guest-rooms on 14 floors include the 49 Club Level, 13 Executive Suites and a Presidential Suite. Rates range from Room $289 to $ 439 dollars for an Executive Suite, and can reach the $ 5,000  range if you want to stay at the Presidential Suite. If you are a not a national, you do not pay taxes. The best ratings from guests were given to cleanliness and location, secondly, to the building , to the excellent service, and the value for the money; and in third place, the ratings show that it would please the clientele some lower rates.

All of the above is fully justified. Awards and reviews tell the truth: The Ritz-Carlton Santiago is an extremely excellence hotel. “The perfect place to enjoy history and admire the beauty of this geographically gifted place” as the Ritz-Carlton Santiago add suggests.
