Aston Martin unveiled the Valen, the world's most powerful front-engined supercar built by a single company and the most powerful front-engined V12 supercar in the company's 113-year history.

The Valen features a carbon-fiber body and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 engine, delivering 850 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm.

With its imposing design and character, the Valen required a name of equal gravity and significance. Derived from the Latin word "valens"—meaning "strong" or "powerful"—Valen was the perfect name for Aston Martin's most powerful front-engined V12, continuing the long tradition of names beginning with "V."

The project—the latest special creation from Aston Martin's bespoke service, Q by Aston Martin (which previously delivered models such as the Valour, Valiant, and DBR22, among others)—was realized thanks to the unique scope and expertise of Aston Martin's newly established Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) department.

This translates to sharper, more dynamic gear shifts across all driving modes, reducing the 0–96 km/h acceleration time to just 3.0 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 344 km/h.
