German brand BMW Motorrad presents the M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Limited Edition, a motorcycle designed for collectors and racing enthusiasts. Production will be restricted to 115 units to commemorate the 115th edition of the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy in 2026.
Based on the M 1000 RR M Competition, this special version combines sporty engineering with aesthetic details that evoke the challenging Mountain Course, one of the most demanding urban circuits in the world. Its exclusivity begins with the British Racing Green Uni Matt finish, a matte British green that distinguishes its silhouette and reinforces its racing character.
The graphics incorporated on both sides of the fairing reproduce selected corners of the track: left turns on the left side and right turns on the right. The package is completed with an aluminum fuel tank with a satin chrome finish, a black Alcantara seat, and a matte carbon M airbox cover adorned with the Mountain Course and TT logos.
Attention to detail also defines its equipment. Each unit features milled numbering on the top of the yoke and a certificate of authenticity. The black swingarm, TT lettering on the rear frame, and M Race tire kit complete a configuration that accentuates its sporty character. It also includes a rear wheel carrier with mounting hardware and an M floor mat featuring the BMW M and Tourist Trophy logos.
A heritage forged at full speed
BMW Motorrad's relationship with the TT dates back to 1939, when Georg Meier won the Senior category with the BMW RS 255 Kompressor. Decades later, the brand continued to add chapters to its history, especially with the S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR.
Among the recent milestones, Peter Hickman stands out, achieving a hat trick in 2022 across the Superbike, Superstock, and Senior TT events. In 2023, the rider set the absolute lap record on the Mountain Course with a Superstock-spec M 1000 RR: 16 minutes and 36.115 seconds, at an average speed of 219.4 km/h. In 2025, Davey Todd added another Superbike victory to the brand's competitive history.
"This model unites our successful TT tradition with our M models and is a clear expression of racing DNA, technical precision, and exclusivity," says Markus Flasch, CEO of BMW Motorrad.
