On April 18, 2018, Aston Martin, the English automaker with an impressive history of more than a century, presented the new DB11 at an exclusive event in Mexico City, where the brand also announced that it has formed a partnership with G & G Business Developments LLCas they look to translate their brand’s legendary design to the Real Estate sector.

The result is a prestigious, one-of-a-kind edifice that represents the pinnacle of elegant living. Aston Martin Residencies at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way will stand at a coveted location at the Miami waterfront, providing gorgeous views of the river and the city skyline.

The building was designed with the sleek lines characteristic of the brand’s motorcars, 66 stories tall and housing 391 homes, of which a selected few will be exclusive penthouses and a superb triplex condominium. Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, a large pool deck, salons, lounges and a superyacht marina.

Selected residents will have the chance to own a special Miami Riverwalk Limited Edition DB11 to complement a truly bespoke and cosmopolitan lifestyle. This edition will be limited to 47 vehicles.
