Opened in 1986, it is located closed to downtown Valencia; today, this restaurant is a reference to Mediterranean food. Its classic decoration with modern details can be appreciated in each of the rooms it has. Besides, throughout the whole restaurant you can see the photographs of politicians, entrepreneurs and cultural personalities who have enjoyed the delicacies that this place has to offer. To complement the food, you can select a fine wine of its winery which carries approximately 8,000 bottles.
