Contemporary valencian cuisine
It began as a dream in the 60’s, when some members of the Civera family began as apprentices of the hotel business in the best restaurants of the City. This effort rendered its fruits with the opening in 1967 of the Marisquería Civera. Today, it is considered as one of the best contemporary Valencian Food restaurants. The place has rooms for special events, adding a specialized service to satisfy the requirements of the most demanding customers. The menu offers as specialty several types of paella and seafood, perfectly matching them with a great variety of wines.
