Gastronomic perfectionism

This restaurant’s cuisine offers it’s own creations out of a select Basque time-honored fare, the personal seal imprinted by it’s chefs Juan Mari Arzak and Elena Arzak Espina is unmatched.

Located in a traditional façade building, this spacious and functional space has been used as a restaurant ever since 1897, when Juan Mari’s grandparents inaugurated it. It’s wine cellar is one of its most distinguished feautures, it has an adequate temperature and lighting, as well as the capacity of  lodging approximately a 100,000 bottle reserve with more or less 3,000 different labels coming from the best wine caves in the world. Arzak honors it’s Basque culinary heritage. Due to it’s tradition, this restaurant is regarded as a destination for gourmands.
