At the annual event Goût de France / Good France , the delegation of Burgundy comes to Mexico this 14 to 18 March specifically to Monterrey and Mexico City to present the most symbolic attractions of this region of France, known for their level of excellence in gastronomy and oenology.

The chef Jean-Mitchel Lorain, from the restaurant Côte Saint-Jacques in Joigny –with two Michelin stars-, will present by the Embassy of France in Mexico , a five times gala dinner this March 17. Not only that, to complete the event in Mexico , the chef Lorain will share his experiences with students of CESSA school, where he also is presented a special creation dish for the occasion.

France/Good France counts this year with 30 restaurants in diferent cities from Mexico, wich  will offer this March 21 a menú ispired by the french tradition, as well as the rules and passion of his culinary art.  This 2016, the event has more than 1,500 restaurant and 150  embassies from the entire world, wich welcome spring from the vision of the French spirit.  

This Burgundy professional team has been commissioned to publicize the charms of this legendary French region , surpassing the already known, as the Dijon mustard or the Burgundy snails; so the menu by the chef Lorain will be sophisticated and surprising; and, of course, accompanied with the best Burgundian wines, like Chablis, Meursault, Pommard and Gevrey Chambertin.
